HOW DOES A HOLISTIC WELLNESS PRACTITIONER DIFFER FROM A MEDICAL PRACTITIONER OR NUTRITIONIST?

When working with a Holistic Wellness Practitioner, you will learn not only about how your food impacts your health, but we will also explore areas of your life including relationships, physical activity, career, & spirituality.  You will learn about your own bio-individuality and what food and lifestyle choices work best for you.  I do not practice with a "one size fits all" list of foods to eat or not eat.  Instead, I will listen to your needs, concerns and together we will co-create, one step at a time, a plan that is in alignment with your health, spirituality and wellness goals.  

A Holistic Wellness Practitioner is different from a medical practitioner, in that a Holistic Wellness Practitioner services are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any diseases.  However, there are many conditions that will benefit from the healthy wholeistic lifestyle changes that you will experience while working with a Holistic Wellness Practitioner.  Some of these conditions include:

A Half Hour of Power | Health and Lifestyle Review is an initial session that allows you and I the opportunity to connect, get to know one another and determine whether or not we are a great fit. The session will be approximately 30 minutes long where we will cover a series of questions relating to your lifestyle and health which will take place via my video conference link, or over the phone.
